VK sold its stake in the Intickets platform

VK sold 40% of its stake in the ticket sales automation platform Intickets, which was acquired in May 2024 to support the development of the Pushkin Card project. Company will continue to develop the VK Tickets service and support the “Pushkin Card” project using its own technical solutions and infrastructure, VK’s press service explained.
